    Description

    One of our reputed clients in Bahrain, a leading Ship Dockyard Company, is urgently seeking experienced Welding Supervisors to join their technical team. Candidates must have strong expertise in supervising welding activities within marine, shipyard, or heavy industrial environments.

    Responsibility

    • Supervise daily welding operations and ensure all work is performed to industry standards.
    • Oversee welders and helpers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
    • Inspect welding work, materials, and equipment for quality and safety compliance.
    • Interpret welding procedures, technical drawings, and work instructions.
    • Conduct safety checks and enforce workplace safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with project engineers and foremen to meet production deadlines.
    • Prepare daily reports and update management on work status.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Welding Supervisor in shipyard/marine/heavy industrial projects.
    • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.
    • Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • GCC experience preferred.
